Christmas in July Benefit for Arts for Hearts

Talented Clarksvillians have created one-of-a-kind ornaments and gifts that will be up for bids at the Christmas in July gala benefit for Arts for Hearts Clarksville on July 30 at the L & N Depot. Volunteers for Arts for Hearts, a program of the Clarksville Arts and Heritage Council, have been bringing the healing power of art to folks with physical, emotional, cognitive or economic barriers for 10 years. They offer four to six free workshops every month in handicap-accessible venues across the county. Every participant brings home an original piece of art he or she has created.
