Experience Christmas in Colonial Williamsburg on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Tickets: $160 per person (cash/check) or $166 (credit card). Purchase online: https://secure.qgiv.com/.../event/christmasinwilliamsburg/.
8:30 am - Arrive at Bayside Baptist Church, located at 1920 Pleasure House Road in Virginia Beach. Please park in the back parking lot in the last row of spaces by the open field, or park on the grassy area.
8:45 a.m. - The bus leaves promptly for Williamsburg, Virginia. A light morning snack will be served. Please bring your own coffee if desired. Bottled water will be provided.
9:45 am - Williamsburg Visitors Center - Restrooms and Gift Shops
10:30 am - Bus Departs for Colonial Williamsburg
10:45 a.m. - Bus drop-off at Frances Street. Walk at your own pace on Duke of Gloucester Street. Step back in time and admire the enchanting holiday doors and homes of Colonial Williamsburg, where 18th-century charm meets seasonal splendor.***
12:30 pm - Lunch at Shields Tavern - Enjoy a Crisp Fried Chicken entree with delicious sides OR a salad with Mr. Shields Chicken, boiled egg, country ham, garden greens, aged Barbers Reserve cheddar, apples, candied walnuts, pickled onions, and your choice of dressing. Bread, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages are included. A glass of white wine will be offered at $12.00* per glass if paid by check/cash with your reservation or, $13 if paid online by credit card with your reservation. Wine needs to be preordered.
Entertainment during lunch - Step into the sounds and stories of 18th-century Williamsburg with a captivating performance by a Colonial Belvedere Musician and Storyteller, blending period music with engaging tales from Virginia’s Colonial past.
2:30 pm - The bus picks up guests at Shields Tavern parking lot for transport to the Art Museum. If you prefer to walk, it is about a 10-minute walk.
3:00 - 4:00 pm - Enjoy a guided Highlights and Holidays Tour at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg. The Museum is open until 5:00 pm. Stay longer and enjoy the galleries, or walk to nearby Merchants Square for shopping.
5:15 pm - The bus departs from the Art Museum to Virginia Beach with complimentary wine and cheese served on the trip back.
