Join Ottawa’s premier chamber choir to celebrate the holiday season this month with a festive concert of carols! Seventeen Voyces will bring Christmas cheer to Ottawa with concerts on Saturday December 21 and Sunday December 22nd.
Seventeen Voyces will perform a delightful concert presenting a mixture of early music – a specialty of the choir – and festive favourites such as I Saw Three Ships Past Three O’Clock and Riu Riu Chiu. The choir may also bring back – by popular demand – a rousing rendition of You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch. A clip of the choir performing this piece last year has garnered nearly 10000 views on Youtube!
This year’s Christmas-themed concert will take place twice: on Saturday December 21st at 7:30 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church (130 Glebe Avenue Ottawa) and on Sunday December 22nd at 4:00 p.m. at St. Bartholomew’s Church (125 MacKay Street Ottawa). Tickets are $30 $20 for students and free for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at www.seventeenvoyces.ca/concerts/ or at the door (cash credit and debit accepted).
