Ocean inspired Slow Flow led by Michele Benton with Om Sunshine Yoga and SUP Yoga at 8 AM on Christmas Eve. Start the holiday off with yoga looking at the ocean.
Donation based.
Free Parking 4201 S Atlantic Ave. , side road next to Hacienda Del Sol II Condo’s. (across from Dollar General)
Bring a blanket (works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga !
