For your entrée, choose from our signature Prime Rib (Chalet Cut) with creamed spinach and potato gratin, Dungeness Crab–Stuffed Petrale Sole with saffron lemon beurre blanc, or a vibrant Lemongrass Farro Risotto for a vegan delight.
