Kolkata Explorers has for the second time arranged a Christmas Dinner at the Heritage Court Cafe (YMCA Building) on JN Road, Kolkata. Arrangements have been made for a sit-out dinner in the open terrace of the Heritage Court Cafe, overlooking the stretch of Chowringhee.
MENU ON OFFER :
1) Beverage : Sangria
2) Main Course (Choose any one)
Option 1 : Christmas Roast Turkey Roulade with all trimmings
(Turkey rolled with English herbs, served with grilled sausage wrapped bacon & dates, herb crusted potato, roasted Christmas vegetables, Turkey gravy, Cranberry sauce and bread roll)
OR
Option 2 : Smoked Bhetki Steak with Risotto rice
(Creamy mushroom risotto rice with smokey grilled Bhetki steak with herb lemon butter sauce)
3) Desserts : Christmas special plum pudding with custard sauce
