Starters:

• E1: Salmon gravlax with pickled mustard seeds and tarragon oil
• E2: Parsnip velouté with truffle oil and toasted seeds (Vegetarian/Vegan option)

Main Courses:

• P1: Chicken breast with poultry jus, cauliflower purée, and seasonal vegetables
• P2: Moroccan-style lentils (Vegetarian/Vegan option)
