Come hungry. From chilled seafood to Christmas classics, there’s plenty worth making room for, including
Seafood: Australian oysters, chilled prawns, mussels, kombu dashi scallops and smoked salmon.
Grazing: Artisan breads, charcuterie and Atherton Tablelands cheeses.
Fresh summer salads: Heirloom tomato and mozzarella, roasted pumpkin and quinoa, and char-grilled corn salad bring fresh flavours to the festive spread.
Carvery and all the trimmings: Maple-glazed ham, roast turkey, herb-crusted Tablelands beef, five-spice pork belly and Atlantic salmon, served with roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, green beans and pumpkin.
