Event Details: Christmas Dance Extravaganza - 6-Hour Workshop & 4-Hour Gala Show + DJ Party
We are thrilled to present an exclusive Christmas Dance Event featuring @Özgen-Özgec, a professional Turkish-style dancer with 18 years of experience as a performer, choreographer, and instructor. Known worldwide for his captivating teaching and performances, Ozgen brings a unique blend of Turkish Romani and drum dance that has inspired dancers across the globe. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a master and witness his mesmerizing talent live!

• 09:40 - 10:00 AM Check-in
• 10:00 - 12:00 PM Workshop 1: Christmas-Themed Bellydance with Stick, taught by Jamilah
• A festive bellydance workshop incorporating the Saidi stick, adding holiday flair to your moves! The first 10 people to register will receive a free Saidi stick; others are encouraged to bring their own.
• 1:00 - 3:00 PM Workshop 2: Roman Havasi (Turkish Romani Style Bellydance) with Ozgen
• Ozgen will introduce the unique 9/8 rhythm of Turkish Romani dance, along with its traditional steps and cultural context.
• 3:00 - 5:00 PM Workshop 3: Turkish Drum Solo Choreography with Ozgen
• This session includes essential bellydance techniques and a fun, high-energy drum solo choreography that emphasizes audience interaction.
Evening Gala Show & DJ Party
• 5:00 - 6:30 PM Rehearsal and preparation
• 6:45 - 7:00 PM Audience check-in
• 7:00 - 9:30 PM Gala Show featuring student and teacher performances
• 9:30 - 11:00 PM DJ Party with DJ Buppy and his team providing live music
Ticket Information
• 6-Hour Workshop: Regular Price £120, November Special £90
• Gala Show & DJ Party Ticket: Regular Price £20, November Special £15
Workshop participants receive a free ticket to the Gala Show and a chance to perform on stage during the evening show. Due to limited showtime, we prioritize performance slots for workshop participants – thank you for your understanding!
Prices will return to normal on December 1st, so book early to enjoy the discount.
Important Details
• Costume for Jamilah’s Christmas Bellydance Workshop: Participants are encouraged to wear red dance attire for the evening Gala performance. We offer a versatile red skirt for only £10 if needed (students will need to provide their own top). Please contact us for details.
• VIP Seating: 25 VIP seats are available in the front two rows of the audience. Contact us to reserve front row seats.
• Facilities: Free parking, family-friendly environment, and professional photography services will be available. (Contact us to book an appointment if you’d like HD quality photos with a professional backdrop.)
• Dance Bazaar: A mini bazaar will feature bellydance and Bollywood costumes and accessories.
• Refreshments: No food will be provided to keep ticket prices low, but complimentary water and soft drinks will be available.
