If it’s your first time using our platform, don’t worry! You’ll get an email on the day of the event to set up your profile. There’s no app to download — everything works right in your phone’s browser.

Didn’t get the email or signed up late? No problem — our host will get you set up when you arrive. Just make sure your phone is charged so you can enjoy the experience fully

What is the refund policy? Refunds are available up until 7 days before the event minus a cancellation fee of €15. No refunds less than 7 days before the event but we will try to arrange an alternative event if possible

What if I’ve never done this before? No worries—most people haven’t! It’s super easy, and our hosts are there to guide you.

How do matches work? After the event, you’ll receive a follow-up email to select who you’d like to connect with. If it’s mutual, you’ll get each other’s contact info to take it from there.
