Date: Saturday, December 19th
Time: Sign in at 8:15 am, Captains Meeting at 8:45 am, Start Time at 9:00 am
Event Address: VC United - 7135 Clinton Rd, Loves Park, IL 61111
Format and Level: Coed Quads (Men's Height Net) / Level A/BB
Entry: $80 per Team
Prizes: Money for Gold 1st Place (15% of total entry fees) / Money Back for Gold 2nd Place and Silver 1st Place / 50% off voucher for Silver 2nd Place

We will only take this number of teams due to court restrictions
HH Coed (Men’s Height Net) Tournament Rules:
-TEAMS MUST BE 2 MEN, 2 WOMEN
-No open hand tips
-All teammates are LIVE
-Let serves are ALLOWED
-Sets over the net are NOT ALLOWED- too many disagreements, so we took it out!
-Doubles following NCAA rules: Double contacts are allowed on the second contact only if the ball is played to a teammate. If it’s hit over the net, it’s a fault.
- Substitutions: In case of an injury, your teammate needs to sit out, or leave for any reason, you may pick up another player that is in the tournament or a player that is not registered in the tournament during POOL PLAY. You cannot pick up a player that is still playing during PLAYOFFS. *If you wish to choose a player that is not already registered in the tournament, they must be relatively similar skill level as the person they would be subbing in for. *
-Any disagreements result in immediate replay
Pool Play:
3 Team pools 3 Sets to 25, Cap 27
4 Team pools 2 Sets to 25, Cap 27
Bracket Play:
Single elimination
Seeding will be done by: Wins/Losses, Point Differential, Coin Flip / Seeding based on OVERALL
Gold + Silver Brackets (Not enough teams signed up = one playoff bracket)
PAYMENT INFORMATION
$80 per team
Money is due by Wednesday, December 16th at 8 p.m..
Any teams unpaid for after this time will be taken out of the tournament unless email and discussion with tournament directors on alternative payment options is ongoing.
