All you have to do is enter the race! If you have a bib number you have a chance to win!!!
Our overall winners will receive their choice of a Brooks Shoe up to a $200 value!
So far….. Our Bib - Number prizes this year, include:
2 pair of shoes from Altra,
2 pair of shoes from Keen,
2 pair of shoes from Saucony,
as well as a few apparel pieces from both Saucony and (possibly) Brooks!! There will also be a handful of smaller prizes too! And possibly more to come!

Race Details:
When: Saturday, December, 13th, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Picnic Pavilion by the beach, in Lions Park, Cheyenne, WY
Cost: $30 thru Nov. 22nd
$35 thru Race Day

1. Foot of the Rockies, in person, just fill out the entry form, or

Race Course:
This course is a big loop, that starts on the road by the Pavilion and starts out going counter-clockwise around the lake, through the tunnel, around the Airport Golf Course, back through the tunnel, and continues the rest of the way around the lake, to finish on the path by the Sloans Lake beach.
We have a Santa for the guys to try to beat, a Mrs. Claus for the gals to try to beat,(You get an extra prize if you beat them!), we give out bells for your shoes, runners always come dressed up as festively as they like, and we finish out with an awards and prize drawing ceremony back at the Foot of the Rockies store where it’s warm, with breakfast burritos, muffins, and hot chocolate!
For the second year in a row, our overall male and female winners will each win a pair of running shoes with a value up to $200!!
Our Age Group winners will receive fabulous mystery prizes, and we will have a number of fun doorprizes for anyone with a race number!!
Yes, it’s usually cold, but dress cozy warm, and come join the fun!!
