Join me for a heart-warming Charity Christmas Yoga Class as we come together to stretch, breathe, and give back to our local community.
This special class is open to all levels — a gentle, uplifting flow designed to help you unwind, feel grounded, and connect with the spirit of the season.
💫 All proceeds will be donated to the Christchurch Soup Kitchen, helping to provide warm meals and support to those in need this winter.
Let’s spread kindness, light, and love — on and off the mat.
Bring your mat, an open heart, and perhaps a friend who’d love to join too.
Book online and bring donation on the day in support of @CSK Christchurch Support Kabin who serve a hot meal each night of the week for those that need it most
