his year, our Christmas Dinner will be a particularly special celebration, bringing together Chaîne members, family and friends at the Professional Institute of Excellence (PIE).
The evening will give PIE’s hospitality students a wonderful opportunity to showcase their skills and shine. It is their chance to put their training into practice and demonstrate their talent, enthusiasm and professionalism to members and guests of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
For our members, it is also a perfect occasion to invite family and friends to share in the Christmas spirit, experience the friendship and traditions of the Chaîne, and at the same time discover PIE and the important work it does in developing Cambodia’s next generation of hospitality professionals.
A festive evening of good food, friendship, family and young talent — and a wonderful opportunity to introduce those close to us to both the Chaîne and PIE.
