About this Event

The festive season is lovely... and it's also a lot.

Between the endless to-do lists, family gatherings, and the general busyness of December, sometimes you just need to press pause and actually breathe.

Join me for an evening where you get to do absolutely nothing except relax.

No big transformations required. No homework. No pressure to "fix" anything.

Just a couple of hours of guided breathwork and deep relaxation to help you unwind, let go of the tension you've been carrying, and feel genuinely calm.

What You'll Get:

A peaceful evening designed to help you slow down and restore. We'll use breathwork techniques and guided relaxation to release the stress your body's been holding, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to actually enjoy the festive season.

This is for you if:

  • You need a proper break from the Christmas chaos
  • Your shoulders are somewhere near your ears
  • You'd like to feel calm without it being a whole thing
  • You deserve a couple of hours that are just for you

Think of it as a little gift to yourself before the festive madness really kicks in.
