Our November Blue Light is only days away. Get your friends organised and we look forward to seeing you on Friday night. This will be our last event where you can purchase tickets at the door. Big News - We have transitioned to pre purchase tickets for our December Disco, and you can purchase tickets now.
From December, all tickets in the future will need to be pre purchased prior to the night, and there will be no tickets available at the door.
We have capped our numbers to 200 kids per event and also capped the age at up to 13 years.
What are the benefits in doing this? The line out the front, waiting to get in will move much quicker with scanning tickets to get in.
We will access to an emergency number in case we need to contact a parent should the need arise, and also any pre-existing medical condition.
Capping the numbers to 200 kids attending allows us to manage attendance and our volunteers as we will generally ahead of time, how many people have purchased tickets. This is better for everyone.
Our ticket price has had to increase to $10 to cover the commission fee that Eventbrite collect for allowing us to use their platform. This is still only $5 per hour.
Our canteen will remain cash only, so the kids will still learn to use cash and receive change.
You can purchase tickets well ahead of time to make sure you don't miss out.
For our door prizes, kids won't be disadvantaged if they lose their ticket which often happens. We will have a list of all attendees and can call out the names of winners rather than just a number.
