As we celebrate Dracula’s links to Derby, join us at Pickfords’ House for a fang-tastic festive treat! Suitable for ankle biters of all ages, with making activities, photo opportunities and more.

Little Snow-White performances, an adaptation of the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale.

A jealous Queen obsessed by her own beauty is shocked to discover from her magic mirror, that her stepdaughter, Snow White is now ‘the fairest in all the land’ and taking refuge with Dwarfs in the forest. She sets out in disguise to K*ll her with a poisoned apple, but a Prince finds the Princess in a deathlike sleep and wakes her with a kiss.
Live narration supported by dramatic music and scenery on a revolving stage with a special effects magic mirror bring this dark story (with a happy ending) to the small stage.

About the performer – Sarah is among a handful of paper & toy theatre maker-performers in the UK. Her shows have live narration with atmospheric lighting, music and sound effects. Driven by a love of theatre and the dramatic illusion that can be created on the small stage, she is a specialist of the craft with a repertoire of handmade shows based on short stories and fairy tales performing at a wide range of venues as well as crafting bespoke commissions. https://sarahspapertheatre.co.uk/
