This FREE annual event celebrates the holiday season with a focus on German heritage. Like traditional winter markets around the world, Christkindlmarkt Quad Cities is an indoor/outdoor artisan craft and gift market with live music, local foods, and local performances.
Be sure to stop into our gift shop for authentic German glass ornaments, pyramids, smokers, nutcrackers, and more! Local vendors fill Miller Hall, on the 4th floor of the German American Heritage Center and Museum, and the heated party tent in our parking lot. Complete vendor information will be posted soon.
You will not want to miss the festivities! This is an all ages event with something fun for everyone.
🗓️ Saturday December 12th, 2026 10:00am – 6:00pm
📍 712 W 2nd Street Davenport, IA 52802
🏛️ The museum is free and open to the public all day long.
🎅 👹 Noon-4:00pm - special appearance by QC Krampus!
🎶 Live music throughout the day in our heated party tent:
🇩🇪 10:00am - 2:00pm - The Muzik Krauts
🇩🇪 2:30pm - 5:30pm - Franz Neff
🥨 The GAHC+M staff will have hot, fresh, soft pretzels with mustard, and bratwursts.
🍷 Wash it down with our selection of German beer and Sprecher craft sodas, or warm up with a toasty glass of housemade Glühwein or hot cocoa!

We will have limited on-site parking in our lot.
We recommend using available nearby street parking, or the lot at the Scott County Administration Building (W. 4th and Gaines).
