Join us for a new Christian Tai Chi class — a peaceful and uplifting way to move your body, calm your mind, and strengthen your faith.
Each session blends gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement with Scripture reflection and prayer, helping you connect breath, body, and spirit in a Christ-centered way.
This first session will be free to attend as an introduction!
No experience needed — all fitness and mobility levels are welcome.
