Christian Mental Health Support Group

On the first and third Thursday of the month, Gesu invites people from the community, from 6pm-7pm, who would like to talk about their Mental Health, life events, challenges, wins and losses with other individuals in a group setting. Groups are kept small. This Mental Health Support group is guided by Christian principles and led by a Licensed Practicing Counselor in the state of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

You are invited to sit down for one hour to be yourself. Our Mental Health Support Group prides itself on non-judgement and unconditional acceptance whether you suffer from grief, depression, anxiety, addiction or loneliness. We are simply a group of people looking for help and to help others on the way.

When you come, please come to the Gesu Parish Center, found across the street from Gesu Catholic Church on Oak Drive. You will see a sign in front that reads: Gesu Parish Center. Please park in the lot on the side of the building that faces McNichols Rd. You will see the entrance in this parking lot. Come inside and we are the first room on the left.
