CMM is a non for profit clinic providing free care to individuals in SWFL. CMM specializes in neurotoxin illness/ CIRS and chronic pain syndromes. Our goal is to have a portable clinic so that we can reach patients who can no longer travel to us due to their condition. Our services are free and our clinic is possible by the generosity of our community.
