Continuing its journey of forming young leaders, the Bangladesh Catholic Students' Movement is organizing the Christian Leadership and Capacity Building Training – 2026. This special program will bring together young Catholic leaders from different dioceses of Bangladesh for a few meaningful days of learning, sharing, and growing together.
With this year’s theme, “Leadership with Humility, Service with Courage,” the program will focus on shaping leaders who are grounded in faith, open to learning, and ready to serve their communities with sincerity and courage.
Program Purpose
This training is designed to help young people grow as responsible and confident leaders. Through interactive sessions, workshops, group discussions, and moments of prayer and reflection, participants will explore different aspects of leadership, teamwork, communication, and service.
More importantly, it will be a space where youth can listen to one another, share experiences, and discover how they can contribute meaningfully to the Church and society.
📢 Who Can Participate?
Catholic youth from the dioceses of Bangladesh who are interested in developing their leadership skills and becoming active contributors in their communities. Each diocese will have the opportunity to send selected participants to take part in this formation program.
