leider haben wir heute keine guten Nachrichten für Dich. Auch der zweite Versuch, das Konzert von Christian Eigner zu ermöglichen, hat nicht geklappt. Erneut lag der Ticketverkauf hinter den notwendigen Zahlen zurück, um eine wirtschaftliche Durchführung zu ermöglichen. Wie wir schon oft erklärt haben, haften wir für alles privat und verstecken uns nicht hinter einer UG etc. Deshalb müssen wir auch sehr stark auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit einer Veranstaltung achten. Es tut uns sehr leid, aber wir haben keine andere Möglichkeit, schon um unsere weiteren Veranstaltungen nicht zu gefährden.
Den Kaufpreis Eures Tickets bekommt ihr von der VVK-Stelle erstattet, bei der ihr Euer Ticket gekauft habt. Wenn ihr Euer Ticket in unserem Shop gekauft habt, stellt Eventim Euch ein Formular für die Rückzahlung zur Verfügung. Dieser Vorgang kann 3–5 Werktage dauern. Unfortunately, we don't have good news for you today. Our second attempt to make Christian Eigner's concert happen has also failed. Once again, ticket sales fell short of the numbers needed to make the event economically viable. As we have explained many times before, we are personally liable for everything and do not hide behind a limited liability company or similar. That is why we have to pay very close attention to the economic viability of an event. We are very sorry, but we have no other option if we are to avoid jeopardizing our future events.
The purchase price of your ticket will be refunded by the advance sales office where you bought your ticket. If you bought your ticket in our shop, Eventim will provide you with a form for the refund. This process can take 3–5 business days. Wir haben mit Christian und seinem Management lange überlegt, woran es lag und was wir in Zukunft besser machen können. Christian kann schon aus logistischen und zeitlichen Gründen gar nicht überall spielen, wo es Fans gibt. Wir haben uns also gemeinsam zu einem zweiten Versuch in Berlin entschlossen. The location is Mikropol, the new event location within the Metropol Theatre Berlin.
