Bridging Cultures: Migrant ECE Teachers Thriving in Aotearoa ECE Settings | Te Ahurea kahupapa: Ngā kaiako manene o AotearoaThis workshop will explore the challenges and opportunities migrant teachers face as they adapt to a new cultural and educational environment.
This is for all migrant ECE teachers and those interested.
Through this series of workshops participants will:
* Gain a deep understanding of the cultural transitions migrant teachers undergo and how these experiences impact their teaching practice.
* Learn about the values and belief migrant teachers bring with them and how these can enrich their educational environment.
* Reflect on their own teaching journey and set personal and professional goals that align with their teaching philosophy
Engage in meaningful discussions with peers, share experiences and learn from each other’s insight.
