Christchurch In Person Group Meeting for those affected by ME/CFS and Long Covid
May Clulee, from Southern Music Therapy, will be joining us to share some of the different ways to think about music and its benefits. It is known to improve our well-being, connect us together and do important work like repairing neural connections in our brains.
People really enjoyed this session when it was offered in 2025. May will include some group singing, instrument playing and simple body percussion. The session will be more relaxation or reflection focused than upbeat.
You are welcome to come along just to observe too - you don't need to actively participate if it doesn't suit you to on the day. Feel free to bring ear protection too.
