ERG ARMY FUNDAMENTALS (10:00am – 12:45pm)
Refine your SkiErg and RowErg technique through clear, practical coaching that translates directly to better performance and less wasted effort.

HYROX PERFORMANCE (12:45pm – 2:30pm)
Learn how to approach race day with confidence. We’ll break down movement efficiency, pacing, transitions and smart strategy so you can race with intent.
