We are excited to announce our final Christchurch Adoption Day of 2024! Come meet your next best friend at Two Thumb Brewery on the 17th of November between 12 pm and 5 pm! Greyhounds are one of the worlds oldest breeds of dogs. They are loving, friendly, and gentle dogs that suit all kinds of lifestyles. Whether you like to spend your weekends in a cafe, catching up with friends at the pub, on the trails, on a boat, or snuggled up on you couch with a good book or watching the rugby, we have a greyhound who is ready and willing to join you. They truely are one of the worlds most laid back and adaptable pets.
Greyhounds As Pets is New Zealands oldest and largest rehoming agency. We have been match making greyhounds into families for 18 years and have helped over 4000 greyhounds make the transition from the racing kennels to pet life. We can't wait to introduce you to your heart dog, couch cuddler, and adventure buddy.

Our Concierges hang out with our adoptables at the event, making sure they are comfortable with plenty of potty breaks, leg stretching, water drinking, and nap taking. They also help our greyhounds to and from their Meet and Greets.
