Chris Wong - Live @ O'Regans (Matinee Show)

Chris Wong plays his first show of 2025 in O'Regans to celebrate the release of his new single, "When I Feel Your Love". He'll be joined by his band of Hannah Cullen (Viola; Backing Vocals) and Iarla O'Connor (Bass). This is a matinee show - Doors 2:30

Tickets are free. The event will be donation based with 50% going to Rob Young. Rob is a close friend of Chris' who will be completing "Ultrafreeze" during the month of February to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society. Pleae take a minute to read more below...

In February of this year my friend Rob Young will be taking part in a charity initiative/challenge which he has created called Ultra Freeze in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, Ultra Freeze is a mix of Freezbrury and Ultra Running where he will be running and swimming every day over the course of February where the sea water temperature is at its coldest ranging from 5 - 6.5 degrees.

Why the Irish Cancer Society? In 2016 & 2017 both of Robs parents were diagnosed with Cancer, his mum with Breast and his Dad with Oesophageal. Thankfully, Robs mum was able to get through her treatment but unfortunately his Dad passed away 18 months after his initial diagnosis. Then in November 2023, Robs mum was diagnosed again with Breast cancer which is why he did Freezbrury in 2024 and is taking on his new challenge of Ultra Freeze in 2025!
