He joins Senior Lecturer in English Literature Dr David Hering to talk about his debut graphic novel Anfield Road, a story of coming of age in 1980s Liverpool, which was an Observer graphic novel of the month.

In his varied career he has also created animations for BC Camplight, Sara Pascoe, Nathan Barley, et al and has won many international film awards, including a BIFA and two BAFTA nominations.

Chris is also a senior lecturer at Central Saint Martin’s as well as curator and co-founder of Bar Shorts film nights at The Garden Cinema.
