Join Chris Howell Foundation for our 6th annual Back-to-School Food Distribution & School Supply Giveaway, where we'll provide nutritious food and school supplies to help families prepare for the upcoming school year.

What You'll Receive
Registered families may receive:
- Free food for your household
- DISD-approved school supplies for each registered student (up to 2 children per household, while supplies last)
Registration Information
Registration is required to receive school supplies.
- Maximum of 2 children per household
- One registration per household
- Duplicate registrations will be canceled
- School supplies are limited and will be distributed to registered participants while supplies last
Please register as early as possible to reserve your spot. You must answer all required questions on the registration form before your registration is considered complete.
This event is open to Dallas County residents only. Registrations from individuals who do not reside in Dallas County will be canceled.
