This Annual CHR Summit will:

• Provide skills and training to help support CHRs to expand professionalism and collaboration
• Recognize and celebrate positive impacts CHRs make in American Indian Communities
• Connect valuable information and resources regarding CHR Policy Development, Integration, and Sustainability
