CHP / Bakersfield / Workout (Yokuts Park)

Greetings,

This workout on 1/7/25 will be at Yokuts Park in Bakersfield! Please meet Officer Martinez with enough time to begin the workout at 1700 hours. Bring water, waiver, and a carb for after the workout. Please dress to workout and for the weather.

Academy style workout and 4 - 1 mile and a half intervals.
