The Chorley Three Peaks are: Great Hill, Winter Hill and Rivington Pike. This is a spectacular 21 km / 13 mile circular walk from Anglezarke, near Chorley, Lancashire. On a good day we will have far-reaching views over to Jubilee Tower on Darwen Moor and then, out towards the West coast.
The route will take us up over moorland, following paths to each of the three peaks, and back through Leverhulme's beautiful gardens before dropping down along easy reservoir paths.
Please note that parts of this route will be very boggy if it has been wet beforehand and this is a fairly strenuous route with a total elevation 700m.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be agile and able!
All Abigail's Trails are led and supported by professional, qualified Mountain Leaders with Outdoor First Aid and Mental Health First Aid qualifications. Bookings must be made in advance via the ticket link.
Our fully guided walks are individually priced (this one is £15), If you need some further information, please email [email protected] or call 07733225251.
