Songs of Hope and Resilience, an inspiring performance celebrating the strength and endurance of the human spirit through the power of song. Music has always served as a sanctuary through adversity, and this high-energy program brings together uplifting traditions and contemporary works that explore overcoming trials, finding light, and lifting our collective voices.
Under the guidance of conductor Daniel Brinsmead and accompanied by the exceptional talents of Toni Lalich and Reuben Johnson, the choir presents a rich and varied reportoire, bringing this journey to life. Experience a vibrant mix of soaring gospel and traditional spirituals alongside powerful contemporary pieces by Christopher Tin, Archie Roach, Sarah Quartel, and Laura Mvula.
