Bring your pets to church! Before Choral Evensong on October 6, we gather on the plaza to bless our beloved animals and sanctify the special place they hold in our lives. After a brief blessing, the Cathedral Choir and Choristers will lead all of God's creatures into the Cathedral for a service of Choral Evensong. The anthem will be Benjamin Britten's cantata Rejoice in the Lamb, an exciting work evoking how all creatures lift up their voices to extol our Creator.
