Values aren’t vibes, they’re tools. In this 90-minute hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how to identify and use your values to choose better clients, set clearer expectations, and protect your team’s time, money, energy, and focus.

We’ll have snacks and a raffle provided by Blu Dot!

• A framework for how to translate your personal or organizational values into expectations, concrete behaviors and evidence you can look for in the work.
• What early red/green flags you can look for and actionable tips for what to do next, based on your own values.
• Some ready-to-use ideas for using your values as tools with your clients, both prospective and current.

And you’ll walk out with a 30-day experiment you can put into play right away.
