About this Event
Quiet Thoughts Matter invites you to Choose You, a soft, intentional wellness experience designed to support reflection, rest, and emotional awareness.
This experience is thoughtfully structured to create space for reflection, education, and gentle release.
Journaling | Reflection
The experience will begin with guided journaling prompts provided by Minority Behavioral Health Group. This portion is designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and safely process thoughts and emotions without pressure or expectation.
Women’s Wellness Conversation
Following journaling, participants will engage in a brief conversation on women’s wellness led by Tiara Broady of Serene Wellness. This discussion will center holistic approaches to wellness, self-care, and emotional health.
Restorative Yoga | Release
The experience will conclude with a restorative yoga session facilitated by Tasha Keller, guided by the sounds of Summer Walker–inspired music. This practice is gentle, grounding, and accessible to all bodies, with a focus on rest, nervous system regulation, and release. No prior yoga experience is required.
Choose You is not a high-energy or performance-based event. It is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and yoga mat if they have one. Limited supplies may be available.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This experience is open to teens and adults seeking a reflective and restorative wellness experience.

Ages 16 and up (participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
