The inspiring legacy created by our late Professor Brian Davis is continued by his students and all his jiu-jitsu family through the exciting tradition of the Choketoberfest seminars. Black belts, students, and jiu-jitsu lovers gather together from all over the world to host a 4 hour long seminar filled with knowledge, good rolls, and great people. Choketoberfest is a great example of why jiu-jitsu is one of the best sports in the world!
