Mercy Road’s Senior Services Initiative and AdventHealth have partnered to find people in need, meet people in need and connect them with the care they need!
This NEW collaboration strives to build whole-person wellness and promote the highest quality of life for our local community.
On Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, AdventHealth Community Healthy Navigator, Cynthia Hawley, RN, MSN, will facilitate Choices, Challenges and Changes geared to equip seniors with the tools they need for maintaining a healthy way of living.
Cynthia has been a nurse with AdventHealth since 2006. Her passion for nursing grew from a strong Christian upbringing. Her goal is to provide quality care and make your health care journey easy by partnering with local providers.
