Chocolate Truffle Workshop: Spring Themed!

Event description:

This workshop is a guided truffle-making and decorating event, with the theme of Spring!

The purpose of this workshop is to educate consumers about how chocolate is made and about the different kinds of chocolate ganache, especially ganache used to make chocolate truffles. Participants will be shown how to make two different types of chocolate truffles, each using a different type of chocolate ganache.

What's in store:

• Master the truffle-making process from mixing to molding
• Experiment with spring-themed decorations and finishing techniques
• Network with fellow community members while getting your hands deliciously dirty
• Walk away with your own batch of professional-quality truffles, perfect for gifting, sharing, or conducting your own informal taste tests

Please note that truffles will contain dairy, and this workshop is not suitable for individuals with a dairy sensitivity.

Cost: $30 per person (ages 12+ only please)

We are unfortunately not able to offer REFUNDS, no exceptions.

WHEN: Friday, March 27th, 2026

Time: Event is 3 -5pm, but please arrive by 2:45pm (buffer in 10 minutes to park and walk to the building)

Location: CSU Spur - Terra building (4780 National Western Drive)

Workshop will occur in the Ardent Mills Teaching Kitchen - 1st floor

*Free parking provided behind the Vida building. Follow signs for CSU Spur Parking. There is no parking at the Humane Colorado client parking, or behind the Terra building.
