Chocolate Truffle Making Class in a Choc Factory // Williamsburg

Virginia, our French chocolate expert will welcome you in her exceptional location in the Williamsburg neighborhood; a real chocolate factory /store/ coffeeshop. Upon arrival, you will be given either a hot or iced chocolate with a twist.

Once warmed up and while getting to know each others you will be given the opportunity to admire the factory/store.

You will then be whisked away and given a brief history of chocolate while also learning about some of the processes involved with chocolate making.

Virginia will then guide you through the “ Making Ganache” demo, teaching you everything from scratch, as well as showing you how to be creative with a traditional recipe.

You will then your own truffles while realizing how a simple recipe can be molded into something as unique as your imagination. Not only you will be able to add your own flavors and topping, but your own feelings into your personal creations.
