Virginia, native of Paris gathered 11 years of experience as a chocolate expert in both France and the United States. She has taken lead roles in major projects for Chocolat Michel Cluizel (which is one the 10th best chocolate maker in Paris), including the “how to taste Chocolate workshop” in Paris . She also made appearances at The World Chocolate SHOW conference , TV and radio. She has now partnered with Kakhow, chocolate maker from Dominican Republic rated World’s Finest Cacao producer.

Once warmed up and while getting to know each others .

You ll be given the opportunity to admire the factory/store while sipping a handmade authentic hot cocoa.

Then Learn about our behind the scenes chocolate-making process as we guide you through our craft chocolate factory. Walk through the factory and discover each machines ‘s function.AND you will get to learn how to make your own chocolate bar on your own !! Isn’t it exciting?

Last, but not least, get to taste 3 chocolate of your choice and get some pro tips how to taste it . A dive in a chocolat bliss is awaiting you.
