I am a huge proponent of sensual movement, embracing being a woman and what it can do for the mind, body, and soul.

*Wear comfortable clothing or workout gear. If you have a mat please bring it.*

*Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please bring socks if you don't want to dance barefoot.*
