Join a community of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness experts for a weekend of discipline, nutrition, and recovery in the heart of Miami.

THE LINEUP

SATURDAY: The Training Lab (11AM - 2PM)

Push your limits with elite coaches in a seaside environment.

• Elite Calisthenics: Master your body weight with expert-led progressions.

• Light Weight Training: Functional movements to tone and strengthen.

• Nutritional Coaching: Direct access to dietary experts to help you fuel for your specific goals.

SUNDAY: Farewell Run & Flow Morning (8AM Start)

Focus on recovery and endurance before we head out.

• Pre-Run Warmup: Mobility work to prep the joints.

• Community Farewell Run: A scenic beach-side cardio session.

• Post-Run Deep Stretch: Complete recovery to keep your body injury-free.

• Pilates Option: For those looking for a different burn, join our Pilates Fusion session during the Sunday event for core stability and alignment.
