Taste your way around the world in one afternoon. Anne of Blind Cat Chocolate leads a guided tasting through a range of craft chocolates, sweet to salty to savory, exploring how growing region and cacao variety shape what ends up on your tongue. You’ll learn to evaluate chocolate the way makers do, using sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste.
$20 per person. Proceeds go to the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
We need 8 people signed up by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 28 for this one to happen, so bring a friend who loves chocolate.

ABOUT BLIND CAT CHOCOLATE
Anne is a radiologist by profession and the owner and chocolate maker behind Blind Cat Chocolate. She came to chocolate late, after a cacao farm tour and tasting in Kauai left her wanting more. She started making chocolate at home, it disappeared fast among friends and family, and people began asking to buy it.
Blind Cat Chocolate is named for Xel, the cat Anne found on the roadside in 2004 who had lost her eyes to infection and lived a wonderful life anyway. Anne and her husband Jim foster cats and kittens for the local shelter and share their home with Squeak and Penelope. The chocolate is organic and ethically sourced, and net profits are donated to cat rescue organizations.
