Bright Lights Late Nights is more than the debut album from Chloe Marks & The Mayhem. It’s the culmination of years of hard work, late nights, long drives, packed dancefloors, endless rehearsals and everything we’ve poured into becoming the band we are today.
Written by frontwoman Chloe Marks and composed by the entire band over three years, the album explores heartache, loss, personal growth, chasing dreams, holding onto the things we love, and sometimes simply escaping for a good night out. Never wanting to be confined by genre or expectation, each of the ten songs was allowed to become exactly what it was meant to be - blending country, Americana, rock, blues and soul into a record that is raw, honest, fierce and explosive.
The Bright Lights Late Nights Album Launch is our chance to celebrate it all. More than just a show, it’s the moment we bring these songs to life, officially launch our debut album, and celebrate the journey, the people and the absolute Mayhem that got us here.
We’ll also be playing a couple of brand-new songs that you’ve never heard before, fresh from the vault!
With the incredible powerhouse vocalist Judah Kelly, 2017 winner of The Voice Australia and an Academy Award-winning artist, kicking off the event, its sure to be a huge show!
After all the hard work, there’s only one thing left to do: turn on the bright lights, stay out late, and bring absolute Mayhem.
