Chit-Chat Yoga
Movement, Reflection & Connection
This unique class blends gentle yoga, guided self-inquiry, and meaningful conversation. We’ll move through a series of accessible poses, pausing in each posture to explore thought-provoking journal prompts and reflection questions. Participants are invited to share, or simply listen as we create space for authentic connection with one another.
Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where there are no right or wrong answers, only opportunities for insight, self-discovery, and community. Whether you're seeking clarity, inspiration, deeper connections, or simply a different way to experience yoga, Chit Chat Yoga offers a refreshing blend of movement, mindfulness, and conversation.
All levels are welcome. Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
