Come join a resource and support group for parents, caregivers, partners/spouses, and those who support people with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed). We meet to share resources, make connections, and feel seen and supported. All are welcome including teachers and educators.
Meeting is facilitated by Kate Holmes Thompson, a professionally trained ADHD coach and parent.
We meet in Room 104 in LE Phillips Memorial Public Library - ok to come late or leave early.
