Chinese Tea Tasting: Premium Oolong Teas

In this unique experience, you’ll take part in a peaceful Chinese tea ceremony to savor three premium teas. We will brew each tea multiple times using the Gongfu brewing method and guide you to appreciate the layers of aroma, taste, texture, and aftertaste.

Each Chinese Tea Tasting session features teas specially selected for the season. For this session, we’ll brew three oolong teas:

Old Tree Zhangping Shuixian

Fenghuang Dancong—Wudong Milanxiang

Wuyi Rock Tea—Matouyan Rougui

This session offers a guided exploration of how growing region, oxidation, and roasting shape Chinese oolong tea through multiple infusions.
