About this Event

We are excited to pilot a new Chinese Snack & Chat event for adults. Celebrate summer with nostalgic Chinese snacks and Taiwanese-inspired root beer floats. Practice your Mandarin (or Chinglish!) and meet people in a relaxed, fun, and supportive atmosphere. Overall program conducted in English.

Help us shape new Chinese cultural programming to best serve you. This pilot event is complimentary, and we invite you to come snack and chat with us!

About Chinese Culture for the Next Generation Programs

As South Coast Chinese Cultural Association celebrates 50 years (1976-2026), we are excited to grow our Next Generation programming, with adults with Chinese heritage (second-generation and beyond) specifically in mind.

We aim to foster community and cultural pride for adults of Chinese heritage and bridge people of all backgrounds to empower the next generation and build confidence, understanding, and appreciation of Chinese culture.
